  • In April of 2004 my husband Gary and I bought a used 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 at your dealership. We were treated with much respect and kindness. In April of 2005, I was looking for a vehicle myself. We went again to Thomas-Hill-Burgin; the salesman Gery Dingman dealt with me, not my husband, when he found I wanted a truck. After all, it was going to be my truck, not Gary's. I was treated with respect. Most salesman do not want to listen to a woman, but Gery did. Everyone there was nice to me and my husband. Our next vehicle will definitely come from your dealership.   • My husband and I just bought a new 2005 Dodge Durango Limited last weekend (May 14). We are from Kentucky and were visiting family in the area and just stopped in to check out the Durango on the lot-not planning on purchasing.   • A few weeks ago, my wife and I were in the midst of our drive from Maine to Colorado...when our 1997 Chrysler Sebring over heated in the middle of the national park. By the time we found your dealership and limped in, it was five o'clock. We fully expected to be "stuck" there...John Mcclure said not to worry, he would have his crew look at it. The mechanic promptly diagnosed the problem and said since he didn't have the part, would pick it up on his way in to work the next morning. All were good to their word. We were most happy to have the problem fixed and to be able to continue our trip. Both John and the mechanic made us feel like we were their most important customer, even though we were from out of state. You have good people working for you. It is most noticeable and appreciated.   • "Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much I appreciate the excellent customer service which your dealership provides. I recently relocated to the area...and have become well acquainted with your parts and service departments. This past weekend when I stopped by for a routine oil change I mentioned that my brake light had been coming on...it was discovered that I needed new brakes. It was a good thing it was discovered in time, otherwise it could have been serious. Since I had to wait I decided I would just walk up Route 66 and do a little shopping...I hadn't gotten very far when here comes Ms Gonzales (one of the Salespeople) to give me a lift, insisiting that I give her a call when I was ready to come back to pick up my car...which was ready much earlier than promised. Now that is what I call customer service! Keep up the good work!"

  • I was on vacation in Pigeon Forge when the Chrysler van I was driving developed problems with the windshield wipers. Being on vacation, I was in no mood to have to wait to get the vehicle repaired, and I was worried about the cost. I called your service department and an appointment was made for 1:00pm. I came to your service department, and to my surprise, I was taken right in at 12:45. I was greeted by Jim Blandino and Travis Durden. I explained to them that I was on vacation and short on time and $$$$. The work was under warranty, the vehicle was repaired and I was back on vacation within 1 hour! These two men are definitely an asset to your company. The way I was treated by them kept me from having a bad vacation.....keep up the good work.
